Alicia and Daz were married at the beautiful Kentucky. The location only seems fitting based on their love story, I was amazed when I heard there story of how they would become Husband and Wife. Alicia and Daz met in high school while living in the Congo. Eventually they would both leave the Congo and go their separate ways. Alicia moved to the United States and they reconnected over social media a few years after she had settled into her life here in the United States, Daz was still living in Congo and they started their friendship again via Social Media, Alicia let Daz know she was engaged to someone else, and Daz simply said "No " you are going to Marry Me. Alicia asked him if he was serious and He was , He meant it. They talked online everyday. Alicia went to Tanzania in July of 2020 and they were officially engaged. In September of 2020 they started the process of submitted their application for the fiance visa so Daz could come to the United States. After a lengthy process and a lot of waiting his application was approved and he was interviewed by the Embassy and received his fiance visa on June 4th of 2021. Alicia and Daz had a small but elegant wedding at the Kentucky Castle surround by family and friends. I can tell you , there wasn't a dry eye in the room while this incredible couple finally said " I Do". I am truly honored to have spent the evening witnessing this new journey for this sweet couple.
